my take is a photo of Charlie in her school uniform

Boy!!!! was that an exciting day .. official photo day at school .. 

she was up very early & hair had to be just so, 

I have used a mixture of products including, Basic Grey, Hambly,

MME,October Afternoon, Kaiser & Zva

November 11 Sketch on SOUS

I'm very late in posting this because as the year winds down to a close

things are a-whirling here  

I can't believe all that's happening at present, 

with DGD Stevie & her friend Lizzay graduate from year 12 , 

have their formals (one here & one in Cairns) and 

prepare for schoolies; 

such an exciting time for them ..

on November 11 SOUS revealed a terrific sketch designed by the talented Nanne.... 

my take is a photo of  DGD Charlie & I taken at a Turkish Restaurant 

where we celebrated my niece's birthday

Charlie was very taken with the belly dancer & 

decided there & then that's something she could do

                                                   next day she practiced.....LOL !!!!!

Just had to Share

Yesterday my DGD Charlie came home from Prep & whilst having afternoon snack she asked me for :

some coloured tissue ... and some card... and some glue stick ... 

and  my coloured pencils ....and some inks ...

here is the result

I think it's just gorgeous ... I know I'm biased.. LOL

SOUS ~ Die cut challenge "Leaf"

Woo Hoo it's Friday...  Reveal day for the die cut challenge on SOUS

the die cut to use is 

LEAF 

I have used a chippie die cut from WOW  which I painted green & sparkled with kindy glitz

other products include: K&Co, MME,LYB, Kaiser, Basic Grey,

 Charlie has started imitating her big sister in the 'poser' department .. LOL!!!! 

hence I get some very interesting facial expressions when the camera is out
