BW2 SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE

BW2 threw in a slightly different challenge this month 

  create a layout  and/or a card using  

BLACK only CARDSTOCK background 

lots of colour ..

white is permissible not exceeding 5%

so we could really let our heads go with this bright colour pallette

punched top layer with gem centres & flowers
