I love wandering around the Botanical Gardens in Sydney; 

there is so much history surrounding it ..

and

 you're strolling alongside the  Harbour .. 

a favourite place of mine to visit is the Fernery.

It was built in 1993 on the site of previous ferneries, 

through the grills you can see the nearby office buildings
